Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, carrier delays, weather disruptions, payment review, address verification, or inventory review.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Evolve3 is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Carrier transit

Once an order leaves our facility, carrier transit times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery and storage

Products should be retrieved promptly upon delivery and stored according to product-specific handling instructions. Evolve3 is not responsible for product degradation, loss, or damage resulting from missed deliveries, delayed pickup, improper storage, or exposure after delivery.
