Returns Policy

Evolve3 products are final sale. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

Final sale

Because our products are intended for controlled research use and may be temperature-sensitive, sterile, sealed, or lot-specific, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, packed, shipped, or delivered.

Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the package, and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store resolution at our discretion.

Non-returnable situations

We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, address errors, refusal of delivery, storage mistakes after delivery, or products that have been opened, handled, reconstituted, used, or removed from their original packaging.

Research use only

All products are sold strictly for research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or resale for clinical application.
